Cancellation Policy Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Please review the following policies before booking. Deposits A deposit is required for select services to secure your appointment. If a deposit is required, it will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Deposits are fully refundable if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if your appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 20% cancellation fee based on the total cost of the scheduled service. If a deposit was paid, it will be forfeited. No-Shows Clients who fail to arrive for their appointment without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 20% of the scheduled service total. Late Arrivals A 7-minute grace period is provided for all appointments. If you arrive more than 7 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and treated as a late cancellation. The applicable cancellation fee may apply. Thank you for respecting my time.
